Regarding Contacting Us! 

  The best hours to reach us are before 9 am & after 3pm Eastern Standard Time! (In between are divin' hours!) 

We try to always get back to you within 24 hrs. If you don't get a reply within 48 hrs, please Contact Us again to make sure we got your message.

• Phones/internet connections may or may not complete or disconnect
• Cell Phones may not work every where; messages may not be sent immediately.  Sometimes a cell message shows up the next day. 
• If you leave a cell phone number as your only means of contact once you arrive on island, we may not be able to get through.  If you do not receive our call back, please call again and leave a land line number!  Its not because we didn't try!
• Answering Machines may not work in all the rentals, please verify yours works.
• If you don't get through on the first try, try again right away, or again after an hour or 2!  
• Email is the most dependable!
